ECVC engagements are structured around active working sessions and structured reviews.

Work is delivered collaboratively, with progress driven by execution cycles rather than instructional modules. Internal frameworks, templates, and execution assets are provided only within active engagements and are not distributed publicly.

This approach allows ECVC to remain flexible, accountable, and focused on outcomes.
